Nick Ruddle has spent nearly 20 years coaching landscaping businesses across the UK, working closely with owners, directors, and teams to help them build stronger, more profitable, and stable companies. With over 10,000 hours of one-to-one coaching, he knows what truly works in the landscaping industry.

Throughout his career, Nick has seen the same challenges over and over: long hours, tight margins, constant pressure, teams needing clearer direction, demanding clients, and business owners feeling they carry everything on their own shoulders. His mission is to help landscapers create the systems, structure, and confidence they need to run a business that supports their life, rather than consumes it.

In addition to coaching, Nick is a judge for the Pro Landscaper Business Awards and a regular speaker at Future Scape, sharing practical insights and proven strategies with landscapers nationwide.
